Our Personalised Halloween Black Confetti Bubble Balloon comes helium filled, with ribbons attached and tied to a balloon weight. It also comes bagged for your convenience. To Personalise your balloon, just type your message in our message box located on this page. Bubble Balloons will float up to 8 days with the record being nearly 4 weeks. Remember to keep your balloon at room temperature and away from anything hot, sharp, including claws and determined pets. Our Bubble balloons are approximately 60cm x 60cm in size when inflated. Please note all our balloons are for decorating purpose only and are not toys. Designs may vary depending on availability. Delivery cost is not included.
