Our Bursting Happy New Year balloon comes helium filled, tied with a ribbon and attached to a balloon weight. It also come bagged for your convenience. This shaped balloon is approximately 75cm x 62cm in size when inflated. Foil balloons will float for 3 – 5 days when kept at room temperature and away from anything sharp. Please note all our balloons are for decorating purposes only and are not toys. Designs may vary depending on availability . Delivery cost is not included.
